Ward Helper with a focus on group activities Volunteer (Arundel and District Community Hospital)

We are looking for a Ward Helper with group activities volunteer on a Wednesday and or a Friday between 10:00-12:00 or 14:00-16:00 in our Intermediate Care Unit at Arundel and District Community Hospital, where our patients are offered short term recovery and rehabilitation.

To aid the patients' recovery and to help provide a positive experience whilst at hospital we would like the volunteer to organise and deliver group activity sessions. Activities such as playing bingo, other games and organising 'movie sessions'. Therefore, to volunteer in this role, you must be confident leading a small group and be 18 or over.
